Refund policy
Due to sanitary conditions and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds or returns on the jewellery pieces that are purchased. Therefore, ensure that you are certain when purchasing your jewellery pieces.
We can only offer exchanges for jewellery pieces that are damaged during the delivery process and require evidence of this. Evidence must be sent within 24 hours of delivery in an email which includes the delivery name, issued order number and images of the item, or items.
